Wallet Operations with Explorer
You can use Explorer to perform wallet operations such as locking, staking, sending,and receiving ZCN tokens
Get Wallet Info
1.To perform operations in Explorer you need to know your wallet details. Find your wallet details by clicking on My Wallet on the upper left of the Explorer dashboard.
2.Here you will find your wallet address, public key, secret phrase, private and public encryption key.
Save wallet to cloud
To save your wallet details to the cloud for recovering it later.
- 1.Click on My Wallet on the upper left of the Explorer dashboard.
2. Scroll Down and click save wallet to the cloud.
3.You will be asked to enter your mobile number for verification.
4.Enter your mobile number and OTP(One Time Password) will be sent on your mobile number for verification.
5.After Entering the right OTP you will be asked to create a passphrase to encrypt your wallet mnemonic(secret phrase).Create a passphrase and click on the green save button.
6. Once your wallet is successfully stored on the cloud you can find stored wallets by clicking on My Wallet and selecting Linked Wallets.
Recover Wallet from Cloud
To recover your wallet on another computer using explorer.
- 1.Access the Explorer on desired 0Chain network: [https://<network number>.devnet-0chain.net/]
- 2.You will be prompted to create a wallet and allocation or recover a wallet. Click on recover wallet.
3.You will be provided two options to recover your wallet through a mnemonic(secret phrase) or from a cloud . Click on recover wallet from the cloud.
4.You will be asked to enter the mobile number which you have linked to your wallet when you first saved the wallet on the cloud.
5.A OTP(One Time Password) will be sent on your mobile number for verification.
6.Submit the OTP, on successful verification, the wallets linked to your mobile number will show under the Linked Wallets Section. Click on the green select button to choose the desired wallet.
7.You will be prompted to enter the secret passphrase to decrypt the wallet mnemonic. Enter the secret passphrase which you have created when saving your wallet to the cloud and click recover from cloud.
8. On successful recovery, you will be redirected to the My wallet page where you will see all your wallet details.
Recover Wallet using Mnemonic
- 1.Access the Explorer on desired 0Chain network: [https://<network number>.devnet-0chain.net/]
- 2.You will be prompted to create a wallet and allocation or recover wallet. Click on recover wallet.
3.You will be provided two options to recover your wallet through a mnemonic(secret phrase) or from the cloud . Click on recover wallet by entering mnemonic.
4.You will be prompted to enter the secret phrase. The secret phrase can be found in your old wallet details. It's a long phrase containing random words.

5.Enter the secret phrase and click on send.
6.On successful recovery you will be redirected to the My wallet page where you will see all your wallet details.
Send and Receive Tokens
To send ZCN tokens from the wallet using Explorer
1.Click on 0Wallet
2.Select Send Tokens
3.Specify the amount of ZCN tokens to send, the recipient wallet address in the To field, and click send
4.You will be instantly redirected to the transactions page where all the transactions done using wallets are listed. Here you will see that send token transaction is in progress. On successful sending, the status bar shows completed
5. To know the transaction detail click on the hash highlighted in blue(see the above screenshot). You can see more details such as recipient wallet address, chain id, block hash, etc.
6.To verify whether the tokens are successfully sent ask the recipient to check the received tokens by navigating to his wallet.
7.Select Transactions.
8.The received tokens will be listed in Wallet transactions.
Faucet
The Faucet feature in Explorer provides test ZCN tokens for transactional purposes. To receive test tokens:
1.Click on my Wallet on the Upper left.

2.Click on Send/Receive.
3.By default, faucet will be highlighted, click on blue send me test ZCN to get tokens.
4.You will be automatically redirected to wallet transactions where the faucet transaction will be listed and your total wallet balance will also increase on the upper right.
Note: By default, the faucet provides 1 ZCN token but you can faucet multiple times to get more tokens.
Lock Tokens
Explorer can be used to lock tokens for a period of time to gain additional tokens as interest. The locking of tokens happens through a smart contract and can be done using the following steps:
- 1.Select 'My Wallet' on the Upper left.

2. Select Send/Receive.
3. Choose Lock Tokens. Here you will be asked to specify the amount of ZCN to lock, their lock duration in hours and minutes. For instance, let's lock 0.5 ZCN tokens for one hour. To lock click on Lock ZCN.
4.Clicking on Lock ZCN will automatically redirect you to the wallet transactions page where you will see the lock token transaction status On successful locking it will specify completed.
Unlock Tokens
To release the tokens earned as interest through locking. You have to unlock them. To unlock tokens using Explorer
- 1.Select 'My Wallet' on the Upper left.

2.Select Send/Recieve.
3.Choose Unlock Tokens and you will see the list of your locked tokens(below screenshot), For every locked token listing their pool id, time of locking, duration, amount of tokens locked and earned as interest is specified.
For example, in the below screenshot 0.5 ZCN tokens were locked an hour ago and they are available to unlock.
Note: The unlock button only shows once the lock duration has passed. Also on the upper right, the total tokens that can be unlocked will show below the total wallet balance(see the below screenshot).
4.To unlock tokens click on the green unlock button.
5.You will be automatically redirected to the wallet transactions page where you will see the unlock token transaction status, On successful unlocking the status will show completed and the tokens earned as interest will be added to your wallet balance.

Stake Token
Explorer can be used to stake tokens on the miner, sharder, and blobber nodes for earning rewards. To stake tokens using explorer.
- 1.Select 'My Wallet' on the Upper left.

2.Select Send/Recieve.
3.Choose Stake Token You will be asked to choose blobber, sharder, or miner for staking. Each blobber, miner, or sharder has different stake requirements(max stake, service charge, and current stake).
4.For example let's stake on sharders.To stake on a particular sharder choose a particular node by clicking on the green select button.
5.Once selected, you will be asked to specify the amount of ZCN tokens for staking. Let's stake 0.5 ZCN by clicking on stake token.
6.You will be automatically redirected to the wallet transactions page where you will see the stake token transaction status, On successful staking of tokens it will specify completed and the tokens staked will be shown in the upper right corner below the total wallet balance and locked tokens.
Unstake Token
To unstake tokens on the miner,sharder, and blobber nodes using explorer.
1.Select 'My Wallet' on the Upper left.

3.Choose Unstake Token The explorer will list the staked blobber, sharder or miner nodes. Each staked blobber, miner .or sharder node has a pool id with the number of tokens staked, earned as rewards specified. To unstake tokens click on the green unstake button.
4.You will be automatically redirected to the wallet transactions page where you will see the unstake token transaction status, On successful unstaking of tokens the status will show completed and tokens staked and earned as rewards will be added to the total wallet balance.
